D. Kevin Carroll
D. Kevin Carroll, Q.C., LSM founded the firm in Barrie and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1981. He served as President of the Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers, and the Canadian Bar Association, and received the Law Society Medal in 2004. Called to the Ontario Bar in 1970, he practised largely insurance-related litigation, retired from the partnership in 2013 and from practice in 2021, and continues as an arbitrator, fire loss umpire, and advisor to the firm.
