D. Kenneth Gibson is the senior partner of Gibsons LLP, which he founded in 1977. His practice covers corporate and commercial law, including multi-million dollar acquisitions and complex commercial arbitration and litigation. He has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Ontario Municipal Board. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1974 after earning his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Manitoba.
