About D.

D. Andrew Maloney is a partner in Sullivan Mahoney's Business Law Group, focusing on general corporate, commercial, and real estate law. He handles the acquisition and sale of businesses, leases, corporate matters, and wills and estates. Andrew articled with the firm and joined as an associate after his call to the bar in 2012. He earned a J.D. from Queen's University in 2011 and holds an International Business Law Certificate from the Bader International Study Centre in England. He's a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Lincoln County Law Association, where he also serves on the board of directors.
