About Cyrus

Cyrus Haghighi is a founding partner at Sinclair Centre Law LLP, focusing on immigration, family law, and civil litigation, including complex cases and appeals. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2012, where he served as an editor of the Alberta Law Review and competed on the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court team. He clerked with the Provincial Court of Alberta after graduation and was called to the Law Society of Alberta in 2013, later joining the Law Society of British Columbia in 2022. His practice spans initial applications and trial proceedings through appellate litigation.
