About Cynthia

Cynthia Dufour focuses her practice on commercial and employment law. As Director of Legal Affairs and Human Resources at Groupe V Média, later Noovo after its acquisition by Bell Media, she managed the company's commercial and corporate affairs and served on its executive committee, contributing to major transactions and to the redefinition of the legal and human resources departments. She previously oversaw legal affairs and labour relations at Cavalia, an international entertainment company, where she managed commercial contracts, intellectual property, corporate insurance, and international employee mobility. Dufour began her career at Miller Thomson, where she articled and then joined the corporate and business law team as an associate, before moving to freelance practice ahead of joining Delegatus. She pairs her commercial law background with particular expertise in the legal and operational aspects of human resources management, including labour relations and change management. Dufour holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal.
