About Mathieu

Mathieu Lacelle regularly represents clients before the courts, at both trial and appellate levels, as well as in private dispute resolution processes. His practice includes construction law and professional liability, where he has represented developers, contractors, subcontractors, and professionals in complex multi-party disputes, as well as chartered accountants in litigation involving shareholder disagreements and contested tax planning. After earning his law degree from the Université de Montréal, he completed graduate studies in mediation, arbitration, negotiation, and psychology at the Université de Sherbrooke, and he teaches at the École du Barreau du Québec.
