Colin Campbell is a Partner at Harrison Pensa LLP and Practice Group Lead for Insurance Defence and Subrogation, pursuing subrogated insurance claims involving negligence, product liability, professional negligence, fraud, and construction matters. Campbell practises before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the License Appeal Tribunal. Before joining Harrison Pensa, Campbell worked as a civil litigation construction lawyer at a Toronto firm and served in Ontario government, including at the Ministry of the Attorney General. Campbell articled at Harrison Pensa and mentors the firm's articling students.
