About Cody
Cody Hall is a member of Tzeachten First Nation and co-founder of Hall & Larocque LLP, based in the firm's Vancouver-area office. His practice focuses on government-to-government negotiations, additions to reserve, and complex corporate and real estate commercial transactions for Indigenous governments and businesses. He advises on governance, real estate development, mergers and acquisitions, First Nation tax matters, corporate structuring, natural resource development, and economic development initiatives. He has guided First Nation governments through Canada's additions-to-reserve process and negotiated settlement and reconciliation agreements. He currently chairs the BC First Nations Gaming Revenue Sharing Limited Partnership.
