Todd L. Kerr practises business and trial law in Vancouver, British Columbia, with experience resolving shareholder disputes. Kerr is senior counsel who has appeared in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Canada, and has experience in arbitration and negotiated settlements. Kerr is a founding member of Kerr-Redekop-Leinburd-Boswell and has served Vancouver's business community for over 20 years.
