About Dan
Dan Moseley is a commercial litigation partner whose practice covers contractual, shareholder, and real estate disputes as well as insolvency and debt recovery matters. Born and raised in BC, he has litigated extensively across the province's courts, including a 35-day Supreme Court trial, along with appeals, administrative tribunals, and Federal Court proceedings. He previously served as president of the Surrey Bar Association and is recognized in the 2025-2026 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada for corporate and commercial litigation. His work also touches on construction disputes, employment matters, and alternative dispute resolution.
