About Christopher

Christopher Spiteri practises business and corporate law, corporate governance, residential real estate, and debt recovery, handling litigation over contractual disputes, drafting agreements, and managing corporate restructuring. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996 after attending Dalhousie University Law School, having completed undergraduate studies at the University of Ottawa and Carleton University. He is a graduate of the Rotman School of Business Director Education Program and is certified through the Institute of Corporate Directors. He served a decade as a director of Tarion Warranty Corporation, including six years as Vice-Chair and a final year as Chairman, and has guest lectured at the University of Ottawa's School of Management and the Algonquin College Business School. He is also active with Music and Beyond, the Royal Ottawa Hospital Foundation, and St. John Ambulance.
