About Mark

Mark Mohamed is an associate in Toronto whose practice covers corporate and commercial matters with a focus on private funds, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital investments. He regularly advises pension funds and institutional investors in connection with fund investments and direct investments across real estate, infrastructure, private equity and energy. Prior to practicing law, Mohamed earned a PhD in organic chemistry and was a postdoctoral researcher in life sciences at the University of Cambridge.
