Spiteri & Ursulak LLP is an Ottawa law firm established in 2010 to serve clients in the capital, Toronto, and the surrounding area. In the years since, the firm has more than doubled in size, adding lawyers, staff, and practice areas along the way. It now has six lawyers covering business and corporate law, civil litigation, employment and labour law, family law, real estate, tax disputes, and class actions, among other areas.

The firm describes its approach as collaborative, bringing together lawyers and staff from varied legal backgrounds so that clients get the benefit of the whole team rather than a single practitioner. It's built a reputation for straightforward, professional service, and most new clients arrive through referrals from existing ones.

One partner, Christopher Spiteri, chaired the board of Tarion Warranty Corporation, the body that administers Ontario's new home warranty program, after serving as a director for ten years, and spent nine years as president and chair of Music and Beyond, a classical music festival held in Ottawa. Another partner, Norman Mizobuchi, built the firm's class action practice after joining in 2015 and has acted for both plaintiffs and defendants in privacy and data breach litigation.
