Christopher J. Foy is an arbitrator, mediator, and lawyer available for appointments across Canada, practising through a law corporation. He has more than twenty years of litigation experience representing both union and management clients in non-unionized environments, with private and public sector advocacy spanning aviation, banking, construction, education, government, health care, natural resources, manufacturing, transportation, and telecommunications. His practice includes mediations, arbitrations, and litigation before various tribunals and levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, in labour and employment law, civil litigation, class actions, discipline and dismissal, collective agreement interpretation, and human rights. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University and the University of Toronto and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, focused on workplace law and alternative dispute resolution.
