About Christine
Christine Kim is a family lawyer at Haber Lawyers, called to the Ontario bar in 2014. While studying law she volunteered as a caseworker at Downtown Legal Services and the Centre for Equality Rights, an experience that shaped her approach to helping clients through difficult legal disputes. She has applied her writing and editing background to publishing, having served as editor-in-chief of the Toronto Globalist and senior editor of the Journal of Law and Equality, and she remains a contributing editor to the Ontario Family Law Reporter. Christine also sits on the Office of the Children's Lawyer, representing underage clients in matters involving custody and wills and estates. She earned her Bachelor of Arts with Honours and her Juris Doctor, on an entrance scholarship, from the University of Toronto, and she completed her articles at the Office of the Children's Lawyer before joining Haber Lawyers.
