About Jung

Jung Ah Kwon practises wills and estates, real estate, and corporate and commercial law at Haber Lawyers. Her background includes acquisitions, tax matters, commercial leasing, and distribution and licensing agreements, and she has led both domestic and international corporate transactions. She previously worked on cross-border deals and merger and acquisition files at a major Toronto accounting firm, and before joining Haber she ran a full-service law firm in Mississauga. She has written on emerging tax issues for the Canadian Tax Foundation and for Carswell's GST publication. Jung holds a BA with honours in human biology and French from the University of Toronto, a JD from the University of Detroit Mercy, and an LL.B. from the University of Windsor. She is fluent in English, Korean, and French.
