About Julien

Julien Noiseux-Laurin practises corporate and business law, advising entrepreneurs and organizations on business decisions and legal needs including incorporation, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, corporate reorganizations and business sales and acquisitions. He was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2019. Noiseux-Laurin holds a law degree (LL.L., cum laude) and a bachelor's degree in social sciences specializing in international development and globalization (cum laude), both from the University of Ottawa, along with a certificate in human rights and armed conflict from the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg. He is active in his community, serving on several municipal and regional committees in Mirabel, including agricultural and sustainable-development committees, and is a founding member of a community shop in Saint-Benoît.
