About Christina
Christina Winger is counsel in Osler's Financial Services Group in the firm's Calgary office. Her practice focuses on a variety of complex financing transactions. Winger has extensive experience working with lenders and borrowers on national and cross-border syndicated and bilateral debt financings, including ESG loans, asset-based lending, project finance, acquisition financings, real estate financing, convertible debt, and inter-creditor matters. She also assists clients with distressed loans and debtor-in-possession financings. Before joining Osler, Winger worked at a major international law firm. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan and a B.Sc. in psychology from the University of Lethbridge.
