About Christin

Christin (Elawny) Walkinshaw is an employment and labour lawyer with over 15 years of experience advising federally and provincially regulated employers and employees at Getz Collins and Associates. Her work includes wrongful dismissal claims, employment agreements, compliance with employment standards and the Canada Labour Code, workplace accommodation under human rights legislation, and complaints to the Alberta and Canadian Human Rights Commissions.
