About Chloé

Chloé Rathjen joined Alexander Holburn as a summer student in May 2026. She graduated with distinction from the University of Victoria with a BA majoring in sociology and minoring in psychology. Before law school, she spent several years with the BC Prosecution Service, working as a legal assistant, regional administrative bail coordinator and office manager. After her first year of law school she worked at a full-service Victoria firm, and she has since served as a peer tutor supporting first-year students. Chloé has also volunteered with the University of Victoria's Environmental Law Centre Clinic, providing pro bono legal services in environmental law.
