About Chetan
Chetan Shory is a corporate and commercial lawyer whose practice covers mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate governance in the venture technology, commercial real estate, and energy sectors. He advises both public and private companies on matters ranging from incorporation to exit, including founder and shareholder arrangements, fundraising, going public, and securities compliance. He earned his Juris Doctor and an Honors Business Administration degree from Western University in 2017, and was called to the bar in Alberta in 2018 and in British Columbia in 2021. Before joining Shory Law, he worked at a national firm in Vancouver and an international firm in Calgary.
