About Joseph

Joseph Kennedy grew up in the Greater Vancouver area and studied history at Simon Fraser University before earning his Juris Doctor with First Class Distinction at Bond University in Australia. After graduating he returned to the Tri-Cities and gained litigation experience in personal injury, estates, contract disputes, and employment matters at a full-service firm before joining Labour Rights Law. He has represented clients in BC's Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal, as well as before various tribunals and administrative boards.
