About Charles
Charles Jung is a partner whose practice is devoted entirely to plaintiff-side personal injury litigation. His files cover motor vehicle accidents and accident benefits, medical malpractice, road authority and municipal liability, sporting injuries, and occupiers' liability claims. He joined Oatley Vigmond as an articling student in 2015, stayed on as an associate after his call to the bar in 2016, and became a partner in 2025. Charles has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and the Social Benefits Tribunal, and belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates' Society, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers. He has written on personal injury topics and spoken at conferences, including the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto's Annual CAT program and the Law Society of Ontario's Motor Vehicle Litigation Summit. He earned his JD from Queen's University in 2015 and an HBSc from the University of Guelph in 2012.
