About Charles

Charles Fair grew up in the suburbs of Toronto. Before attending law school at the University of Toronto, he served nearly five years in the Canadian Armed Forces and completed a B.A. in Anthropology. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 1992, and to the Alberta bar in 1998, and has over 30 years of experience practising law. Charles founded Fair Legal to focus on family law, civil litigation, and criminal defence, working with clients on disputes involving children, property, and business relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys playing squash, learning new languages, and playing the violin.
