Charlena T. Claxton was called to both the Nova Scotia and Ontario bars in 2005. She holds a B.A. from McGill University, an LL.B. from Dalhousie University, and an LL.M. in health law from Osgoode Hall Law School. She practices criminal law, mental health law, and civil litigation, and has represented clients before both the Provincial and Superior Courts.
