About Stephen

Stephen F. Shine specializes in construction law and tax law, having obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo in 1976 and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School before being called to the bar in 1981. He later earned a Master of Taxation from the University of Waterloo and formerly served as president of the Oshawa Association for Community Living.
