About Chad
Chad Jesse's solicitor practice focuses on commercial law matters, particularly tax-driven reorganizations and the purchase or sale of businesses; real estate transactions and their associated financings; oil and gas matters, including joint venture arrangements and mineral and surface leasing; and estate planning. Earlier experience as in-house counsel and in the private sector brings a broad perspective to advising clients. Chad Jesse chairs Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers Inc. and is past chair of the Regina and District Food Bank Inc., and served on the organizing committee for the 2016 Saskatchewan Summer Games. Chad Jesse is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Bar Association, and is president of the Southeast Bar Association.
