About Tim

Tim McGeough graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics before attending law school there and being admitted to the Saskatchewan bar in 1987. He practised in Estevan from 1989 with the firm formerly known as Kohaly, Elash and McGeough, and in 2009 he opened McGeough Zepick Law Office. He carries a general practice focused on oil and gas, corporations, real estate, wills and estates, and estate planning for mineral owners, and he has conducted numerous public seminars on oil and gas leasing and estate planning topics. He has served on the board and executive of the United Way of Estevan and the Estevan Tennis Club.
