About Catherine

Fournier co-founded the firm with Serge Bernier in 1998. Early in her career she practised family, civil and criminal law, including acting as a federal Crown prosecutor and defence counsel in several jury trials in Quebec City, Saint-Hyacinthe and Montreal. She now practices almost exclusively in corporate law and corporate litigation. She served as batonniere of the district of Arthabaska from 2016 to 2017.
