About Daniel

Wysocki practices in employment and labour law, workplace health and safety, and representation before administrative and civil tribunals. He represents employers in collective agreement negotiations, wrongful dismissal and reprisal complaints, wage claims and individual and collective layoffs, and regularly appears before the Tribunal administratif du travail and labour arbitration tribunals. He also acts as an independent investigator in workplace harassment matters. He joined the firm in January 2014 and became a partner in June 2016.
