About Christian

Tourigny began his practice in 1994 at Boudreau & Methot in Drummondville, working across civil and administrative matters, and served as a Drummondville city councillor from 1995 to 2009. In 2007 he founded his own firm, which grew to seven lawyers before he wound it down in 2018, and he later practised at Houle & Lafreniere. He has specialized mainly in civil, municipal and administrative law and access-to-information and privacy matters, and directed two Trois-Rivieres legal aid offices from 2019 to 2022 before joining Bernier Fournier in 2022 as director general.
