About Sylvain

Sylvain Lamarche has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1989 and has run his own private practice since 1995. Over the years he has developed expertise in health law and labour law. He holds a bachelor's degree in legal science, a bachelor's degree in political science, and a master's degree in social and labour law. His practice covers legal consultations and opinions, referrals to professionals and organizations in the health and labour fields, support as a human-relations resource for multidisciplinary teams, and claims, complaints, and administrative or judicial proceedings. He represents clients before administrative bodies and the superior courts, in matters including workplace accidents, occupational illness, road accidents, personal injury, medical liability, and public health, as well as employment contracts, collective agreements, dismissals, and workplace health and safety.
