Casey Trivett is a partner at Einfeld Law who practices all forms of civil litigation, including personal injury, estate disputes and contract disputes. She has appeared before all levels of British Columbia courts, including the Provincial Court, the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal. Casey earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. She joined Einfeld Law after obtaining her law degree in 2016 and completed her articles under the mentorship of Glenn Einfeld, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2017. She is a member of the Kelowna Bar Association and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and served as vice president of the Kelowna West BC United Riding Association from 2022 to 2023.
