About Greg
Greg LeClair has practised law for over 30 years and has been a senior partner with Thomas Butler LLP since 1994. He focuses on the financial aspects of family law disputes, including drafting complex financial agreements for separating couples and division of family company and family trust values. He has conducted more than 100 trials, appearing at all British Columbia court levels from Provincial and Supreme Court to the Court of Appeal, as well as the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Canada. Outside of court he also settles claims through direct negotiation, collaborative law, mediation, and arbitration. He articled with Lawson Lundell in Vancouver before moving to Kelowna. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, the Kelowna Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
