About Carolyne
Carolyne Kerr is a Toronto criminal defence trial lawyer who has practiced since 1993, focusing on drug offences, violent crimes including sexual assault, and driving offences. She was called to the bar in 1988, worked as an Assistant Crown Attorney in Toronto for five years, and has appeared as defence counsel at every level of trial and appeal court in Ontario. She holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto, an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, a Masters of Criminology from Cambridge University, and a Masters of Law from Duke University.
