About Caroline

Caroline Daniel began her career in banking before working in civil, matrimonial and family litigation at Heller, Gottlieb, Foldiak. She founded Cabinet Debargis & Daniel, Avocats-Attorneys, in 2000, and has since built a practice in international, matrimonial, family and estate law, later adding youth and elder law. She worked in Quebec's Far North with Inuit and Indigenous communities, served as a lawyer for the Direction de la Protection de la Jeunesse in Abitibi-Témiscamingue, and worked for Legal Aid. She also focuses on the defence of fundamental rights.
