About Carolina
Carolina advises and represents clients across family law, handling separation, divorce, parenting time and decision-making arrangements, child and spousal support, property division, separation agreements, and Hague Convention matters. She has appeared at every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, and favors a pragmatic approach to alternative dispute resolution, having attended Harvard Law School's executive program on mediation and negotiation in 2013. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2015, where she was named a Dean's Fellow, and holds a Master of Arts and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from York University. Carolina was called to the Ontario bar in 2016 and previously clerked at the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor.
