About Carmine
Carmine Scalzi is a litigation lawyer and mortgage law specialist whose practice centres on enforcement, priority, and complex commercial disputes. Called to the bar in 2006, he shifted his practice to focus exclusively on mortgage law in 2017 and has since argued hundreds of residential and commercial mortgage disputes, including enforcement, receiverships, and construction lien priority conflicts. He has taught mortgage law since 2021.
