About Cameron

Cameron Foster is a partner whose litigation and advocacy practice covers insurance coverage, professional liability, and general liability matters. He is a Certified Insurance Professional, a designation he obtained to better advise clients on complex insurance coverage disputes, and he has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, including the Commercial List and Divisional Court, as well as the Ontario Court of Appeal. Before joining ORP Law in 2016, Cameron practised insurance defence and commercial litigation at a major firm in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He earned his B.A. from Dalhousie University in 2010 and his J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie in 2013, and was called to the bar in Nova Scotia in 2014 and in Ontario in 2016. He belongs to the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers, and the Advocates' Society.
