About Andrew
Andrew Lee joined the Ontario bar in 2012 after completing his law degree at Queen's University in 2011 and an honours undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto in 2007. After working at two boutique labour and employment law firms, he started his own employment law practice, and previously oversaw business operations for a large franchise company operating across Ontario. Andrew speaks at legal conferences and industry events and regularly guest-lectures at Durham College on topics relevant to employment lawyers, businesses, and HR professionals; he has also published with Lancaster House, a recognized authority on employment, labour, and human rights law in Canada. Outside of work, he holds the Vice President position at the Whitby Chamber of Commerce, is a licensed pilot, and was a finalist in the Ontario provincial chess championship.
