About Burke
Burke Heather is an associate whose practice emphasizes mortgage transactions for residential and commercial properties, and he has worked on complex corporate transactions including acquisitions, commercial real estate purchases and sales, and private offerings. Since his call to the Ontario bar in 2012, he has gained experience in litigation, corporate and commercial law, and securities law. Before earning his law degree, Burke worked in investment research for two major global banks in Singapore and Hong Kong. He holds a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Manitoba, an M.A. from Queen's University, and a J.D. from the University of Toronto, and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Burke is active in his community as Chair of Central West Specialized Developmental Services in Oakville and sits on the board of his condominium corporation.
