About Brittney

Brittney Fehr is a founding partner of FM Law, focusing primarily on family law and litigation. She has worked in private law firms and as a lawyer with the Community Legal Education Association, where she assisted the public with legal matters generally focused on employment law, family law, and human rights. Brittney is an experienced legal researcher and advocate, with a broad practice that includes wills and estates, real estate, administrative matters, and other court applications. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of Victoria (2012) and a Juris Doctor from Robson Hall Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba (2018).
