About Brian

Brian Slattery holds a doctorate in law from Oxford, a law degree from McGill, and a bachelor's degree in English from Loyola College of Montreal. He no longer practises law and now focuses on research and writing as the firm's research director. He is an Emeritus Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, known for his scholarship on Aboriginal rights, legal history, and constitutional law.
