About Robin
Robin Phillips is a partner at JFK Law's Victoria office practising Aboriginal law with a focus on negotiation, consultation, and governance. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2016 and the Alberta Bar in 2018, joined JFK Law in 2019, and became a partner in 2024. Robin drafts laws, bylaws, and policies for Indigenous governments and negotiates government-to-government agreements with the Crown and local governments, and serves as a mediator on the Civil Roster of Mediate BC. She holds a J.D. and a B.A. in English, both from the University of British Columbia, and previously clerked for five justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
