Brent Ellwyn founded Strive Law Corporation to provide legal services to Canadian businesses. He is a corporate commercial lawyer who focuses on family and closely held businesses, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, corporate refinancing, and general corporate work. With over 20 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, and reorganizations, he also provides services in commercial and residential real estate transactions and financings. He served for close to a decade as Director at Large on the Peace Arch Hospital Foundation board, supporting initiatives for the hospital and the health of White Rock and South Surrey.
