Brendan Riley is a partner at Fraserwest Law Group LLP, having started with the firm as an Articling Student before transitioning to partner. His practice covers wills and estate planning, corporate and commercial law, estate litigation, real estate transactions, civil litigation, employment law, family law and personal injury law. With experience as both a solicitor and litigator, he helps clients mitigate litigation risk through careful planning and drafting while remaining ready to pursue or defend a claim when needed, and he takes pride in guiding disputes toward negotiated settlements.
