About Brendan

Brendan Peters is a partner whose practice centers on complex technology disputes, and he regularly advises tech companies of all sizes on corporate governance and regulatory matters. He has broad civil litigation experience, having represented clients before the Federal Courts, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, along with commercial arbitration and various federal tribunals. He is part-time faculty at the Schulich School of Law, coaching the annual Harold G. Fox Canadian Intellectual Property Moot team. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2020 and the Nova Scotia bar in 2021, holding a JD from Dalhousie University, an MSc from the University of Toronto, and a BSc from Dalhousie.
