About Brenda

Brenda D. Barr founded the Family Law Group and serves as its Managing Partner. Brenda D. Barr holds a BA in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and obtained a law degree from Western University in 1991, before being called to the bar in 1993. Before entering private practice, Brenda D. Barr worked as a social worker for Child and Family Services of Waterloo Region and for the Children's Aid Society of London and Middlesex, an experience that shaped a focus on family law. Brenda D. Barr's practice centers on resolving both child-related and financial family law issues in a manner that respects legal principles as well as the individual needs of parties and their children. Brenda D. Barr is a London native with longstanding ties to the community.
