About Darlene

Daley focuses exclusively on family law, including decision-making and parenting time, child support, spousal support, and property disputes. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario in 1997 and her law degree in 2000, was called to the bar in 2002, and has practiced in London, Ontario since then, establishing her own firm in 2003. She served on the panel of the Office of the Children's Lawyer from 2012 to 2025 and as a Dispute Resolution Officer in the Superior Court of Justice from 2021 to 2023.
