About Brandon

Brandon Forbister is an associate at Stewart McKelvey's St. John's office, advising clients on corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial agreements, and real property transactions. His experience spans financial services, real estate, energy, and emerging technology, including work on the sale and purchase of medical, dental, and pharmacy practices. He also advises on corporate governance and energy-related issues. Brandon holds both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saskatchewan, completed in 2023, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from the University of Calgary.
